More sketching. Pen/ink/wash and a few iPad people. I am trying to find a practical positioning of the sketches on an A4 sheet so that they have a pleaseing border around them and nit too small that I feel cramped in sketching. I have settled on using fountain pens and Rohrer and Klingner ink which is waterproof and lightfast; with a watercolour wash of Payne's Grey. I am finding the sketches with background buildings in a bit more challenging to do and I am often just working out a tehnique for doing them. More practice needed. Each sketchbook sketch takes around 10-15mins.
