Numans, National Trust, West Sussex. Sketched this ruined part of the house today. I managed to find a sheltered spot out of the wind but after an hour and a half or so of sitting under drizzle-laden skies I was ready for a hot coffee and a comfy seat indoors. Unfortuntely, the queue was rather long so I went for a warming-up walk in the woods instead. I tweaked a few colours for a couple minutes when I got home as I had had some unwanted reflections on my screen at the time.
