An enjoyable hour and half was spent sketching in Gail’s Bakery in St. Albans today. I had never been inside before and, after looking at the delicious looking range of cakes available, I might well go back! Judging by the continuous queue of people entering the shop it seemed very popular. I found a quiet corner and, despite a high turnover of people, managed to capture the above.
